Maes Barcio Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Requirements
Maes Barcio operates on a pre-booking basis only. All sessions must be booked in advance.
Each booking is for a one-hour time slot. Please arrive on time, as sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Allow five minutes at the end of your session to ensure the field is vacant for the next user.
Overrunning the allocated time will incur an additional charge.
2. Gate Access
After booking, you will receive a unique gate code via email for entry.
Ensure the gate is securely closed upon entry and exit.
3. Dog Health and Safety
Dogs must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and up-to-date with vaccinations.
If your dog shows any signs of illness, you must cancel your session.
We recommend public liability insurance for your dog(s).
All gates must remain closed, and dogs should be leashed until inside the field, where they may be unleashed.
4. Responsibility and Conduct
You are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and actions of your dog(s) at all times.
Clean up after your dog immediately and take waste with you. Littering is not permitted.
Any damage to the park caused by your dog(s) will be your responsibility and may incur a charge.
Maes Barcio reserves the right to refuse access for any dog(s) or individuals who do not comply with these rules.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
Use of Maes Barcio is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s).
Maes Barcio is not responsible for any harm or injury to users or their dog(s).
Although the park is enclosed by secure fencing, we cannot guarantee it is escape-proof.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and Maes Barcio is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of personal property.
By booking with Maes Barcio, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept full responsibility for your dog’s safety and conduct.
